<p>We're looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with multi-state experience who can step in and keep payroll running smoothly and on time. This is a long-term contract role with a respected Tulsa employer.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Run biweekly or semi-monthly payroll with a high level of accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Handle multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees</p> </li><li> <p>Review timecards, adjustments, taxes, and garnishments for accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure payroll stays compliant with all regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve employee payroll questions quickly and professionally</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with reporting, audits, and year-end processes</p> </li><li> <p>Support system updates and process improvements</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing, for over 400 employees</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with payroll systems</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Excel skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Professional handling of confidential information</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Kelly Martin</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
