<p>What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor and cooler equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs </li><li>Move or remove equipment as required </li><li>Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area </li><li>Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates </li><li>Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area </li><li>Use handheld device to document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity </li><li>Maintain accurate parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized and safe vehicle </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required </li><li>1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license </li><li>Lift 50 pounds as needed </li></ul>
