<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Will provide job development, placement assistance, and supported employment services for transition consumers for Project Search. </li><li>up to 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday </li><li>Hourly rate: $22.85 </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>A bachelor's degree in a related field. Or; a high school diploma and experience in career counseling or related case management may substitute for the required bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to communicate effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to travel throughout the day to assist consumers while at work.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work in various work environments and on a flex schedule to meet consumers needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of fact gathering methods and interviewing techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of community resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>Before any job offer will be extended, the selected candidate must obtain their official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.</p> <p>If you have applied for this position previously, there is no need to reapply.
