Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, and content move-outs and pack-ins. The Restoration Crew Chief will also oversee and support Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour with certifications (negotiable based on experience).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned restoration projects </li><li>Direct and supervise Restoration Technicians and Labors </li><li>Evaluate and enhance the competence and quality of team members </li><li>Ensure compliance with project documentation protocols </li><li>Maintain excellent customer communication and relations </li><li>Maintains a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers. </li><li>Ensures all paperwork standards are adhered to. </li><li>Responsible for collection of money after job completion as per the company protocols. </li><li>Performs regular maintenance of equipment (includes truck mount and portable equipment). </li><li>Ensures proper customer satisfaction survey to be done after job completion. </li><li>Utilizes Crew Helper or other team members in an effective manner. </li><li>Responsible for regular maintenance of the assigned vehicles and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning </li><li>Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company preferred </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation </li><li>Ability to travel out of town </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs </li><li>Successful completion of background check and drug screen </li><li>Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) preferred </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off. </li><li>Medical, vision, dental insurance (based on cost sharing model) </li><li>Clear career path for advancement. </li></ul> <p>Join Our Team:</p> <p>ServiceMaster Cleaning DCS is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to providing a challenging and fulfilling career environment for all employees.
