<p>The Inpatient OT/PT Manager is a member of the Core leadership for Mt. Ascutney#s Acute Rehab program (CARF Accredited) and Acute/Swing Units. This is a full time role with the key focus of overseeing a team of dynamic OT and PT, supporting their education and quality of care, as well supporting quality initiatives throughout the hospital.# There are innumerable opportunities for growth. #Provides direct patient care in appropriate clinical area. Acts as Supervisor for OT/PT staff, participates in the quality improvement program, develops and implements new programs under direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services.# Acts as resource person to other hospital departments and outside agencies, facilitates in-service training and continuing education for OT/PT staff. Bachelor or Master#s Degree, in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor, Master#s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with professional certification and/or State license as required by the Department.
