The focus of this role is on developing and implementing strategy that helps to demonstrate the measurable impact of enablement programs.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Program measurement & reporting: Work with program owners to design and implement solutions to track and measure impact of product enablement programs. Work with analytics specialists to interpret and share results.</p> <p>? Business Reviews: Manage monthly and quarterly business review preparation.</p> <p>? Survey design and analysis: Manage quarterly survey design, implementation and analysis to track product confidence as a key measure of enablement impact</p> <p>? Process management: Work with functional leaders to design and implement operating processes that are data driven, supporting decision making and strategy.</p> <p>Required Experience & Skills:</p> <p>? 1-2 years previous Salesforce experience and familiarity with operating rhythms, or 2-3 years elsewhere in an operations role.</p> <p>? 1-2 years experience in enablement, sales or marketing operations roles, business analyst, data analyst, project management or consulting roles.</p> <p>? Strong understanding of Salesforce data and metadata architecture (querying/extraction for analysts).</p> <p>? Strong communication and presentation skills at both business and technical levels.</p> <p>? Experience managing multiple priorities and setting expectations.</p> <p>? Experience working cross functionally with business, technical and operations teams</p> <p>? Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data analytics and statistical analysis.</p> <p>Technical Knowledge Required:</p> <p>? Proficiency with Snowflake.</p> <p>? Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.</p> <p>? Tableau proficiency and experience with data visualization.</p> <p>? Experience with sales, enablement or marketing data definitions, metrics, and calculations (Salesforce/SaaS context).</p> <p>? Familiarity with relevant data sources: CRM, Astro Course Tracker, sales operations data.</p> <p>? Knowledge of Salesforce core products.</p> <p>? Experience with Gen AI tools in a business context</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <p>? Coordinate with peers in the Trailhead and Field Readiness organization as the operations function that supports the business.</p> <p>? Work with Product Enablement leaders and program owners, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Field Readiness, Enablement Operations and Local Enablement Business Partners as part of day to day role.</p>
