The team member will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Mohegan's VIP engagement strategy, understanding the true needs of our players to foster long-term relationship with Mohegan.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP Players</p> </li><li> <p>Use discretion to determine player investment based on behavior, lifecycle and objective</p> </li><li> <p>Manage more than 100 VIPs from multiple jurisdictions</p> </li><li> <p>Ideate, create, and execute Player Acquisition events.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement the go to market strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute and represent Mohegan in the development of VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver on a Player experience that will drive high levels of Mohegan brand engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate and work closely with internal departments within the Mohegan organization</p> </li><li> <p>Manage player accounts based on recorded gaming activity, earned points, comp availability and profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Issue complimentaries and reserve offers that are consistent with departmental policy and marketing guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Build player loyalty and promotes return visits to Mohegan properties by maintaining contact with coded database</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>One year experience of operation/customer service management in the iGaming industry or two years of experience involving guest contact in a high volume, complex casino environment or hospitality industry</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and understanding of casino games, sports, sports betting and other online gaming required</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who can work effectively in fast paced environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, standard operating procedures and jurisdictional regulations and laws</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and within teams</p> </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certifications as required by Mohegan</p> </li><li> <p>Mohegan Corporate and departmental policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical understanding of digital and mobile platforms and the ability to learn new applications</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fast paced office work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required</p> </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with this job.
