They welcome growth-oriented feedback, support fellow team members, and understand that healthcare excellence is built not only on clinical skill but also on collaboration, accountability, and a purposeful commitment to strengthening the community.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Examine, diagnose, and treat dental/oral conditions in accordance with approved clinical guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Develop treatment plans and provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care</p> </li><li> <p>Refer patients for specialty consultation or treatment when appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>Complete referrals, data collection instruments, and required reporting documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in provider staff meetings and clinical policy development</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school</p> </li><li> <p>Active and unrestricted Iowa dental license</p> </li><li> <p>Current DEA registration</p> </li><li> <p>One to two years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to serving underserved populations</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are passionate about community health, reducing health disparities, and practicing dentistry in a supportive team environment, while having access to significant loan repayment support, we encourage you to apply.</p>
