<p>Overview</p> <p>The Concierge is responsible for welcoming, providing assistance and addressing inquiries and requests to residents, visitors and callers.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Acts as a primary link to the internal and external community, provides customer service and builds trusted and valued relations. Ensures procedures assigned to this location are followed.
