<p>Opportunity Overview:</p> <p>Business Analyst Level 2 Experienced</p> <p>10 Month Contract</p> <p>Juno Beach, FL -100% Onsite</p> <p>Your Day-to-Day:</p> <p>You will support the Business Management Portfolio Services Compliance team. You will ensure adherence to contractual obligations, ISO compliance requirements, and collateral management processes. You will be critical for maintaining compliance integrity, mitigating risk, and supporting operational efficiency across the portfolio.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms and ISO standards. </li><li>Manage collateral requirements, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation. </li><li>Coordinate with other teams (Legal, Risk, Business Management) to resolve compliance issues promptly. </li><li>Support audits and regulatory reviews by preparing and validating compliance documentation. </li><li>Maintain compliance reporting tools for senior management visibility. </li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance controls. </li><li>Support risk assessments related to contract and collateral obligations. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field required. </li><li>Relevant Experience: 6 or more years of experience in business analysis, market intelligence, and business process improvement </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in energy markets or large-scale portfolio management. </li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements and audit processes. </li></ul> <p>Our Safety Pledge to You:</p> <p>If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
