<p>Piper Companies is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join a dynamic technology-driven organization for a full-time, contract position. The Internal Communications Specialist will support internal communications for the workplace investment Delivery Enablement Office by executing communication plans and tactics to ensure effective messaging for Workplace Investment Leaders and associates.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Internal Communications Specialist include:</p> <ul> <li>Produce and edit a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and leadership talking points </li><li>Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives and maintain consistency across platforms </li><li>Identify, establish, and optimize key communication channels to enhance outreach and engagement </li><li>Monitor external trends and evolving business needs to refine communication approaches </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, effective messaging across teams and audiences </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Internal Communications Specialist include:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in communications, including content development and messaging strategy </li><li>Strong proficiency in writing, editing, and crafting engaging communication materials (e.g., campaigns, emails, presentations) </li><li>Hands-on experience with SharePoint, survey tools, and PowerPoint for content management and reporting </li><li>Ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear, concise, and impactful messaging </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Internal Communications Specialist:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $35-$40/hour </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 6/5.
