Come join our team!</p> <p>Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety-sensitive.</p> <p>Position Summary: Based in Eden Prairie, MN the Quality Inspector will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Quality Manager to meet customer specifications and assisting other employees as needed.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.</p> <ul> <li>Accurately perform hardness and other tests and records results as required. </li><li>Performs calibration of all testing equipment accurately and on schedule. </li><li>Performs audits, weekly probes, surveys, etc. as needed or defined by procedure and/or schedule. </li><li>May be required to complete conformance certificates and/or other related paperwork. </li><li>Meet all specification requirements per BMS. </li><li>Report any deviation, problem or irregularity to supervisor or management immediately. </li><li>Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping. </li><li>Perform other tasks as designated by position. </li><li>This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer's inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage. </li><li>Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
