We focus on empowering our team with a high-level of downstream accountability resulting in an agile and efficient service delivery.</p> <p>In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class?services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.</p> <p>This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.</p> <p>This role will directly oversee carpentry, painting, locksmith services, MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes), and event setup operations.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (approx.) - morning shift </li><li>Occasional weekends and holidays required based on operational or project needs </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching. </li><li>Schedule and manage daily team activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. </li><li>Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor/contractor activities. </li><li>Maintain positive client relationships and lead discussions related to facility needs. </li><li>Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reporting. </li><li>Oversee small CapEx projects, asset replacements, and minor project work, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor oversight. </li><li>Manage and coordinate move projects, including logistics, internal communication, and execution support. </li><li>Perform facility inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. </li><li>Manage environmental health and safety procedures. </li><li>Oversee vendor relationships, invoicing, and procurement of parts, services, and labor. </li><li>Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety. </li><li>Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values. </li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues, including moderately complex problems. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered. </li><li>Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certifications preferred. </li><li>Experience supporting teams in staffing, selection, training, and performance management. </li><li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex and sensitive information effectively. </li><li>Leadership skills that drive high performance. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, solution-oriented mindset. </li><li>Advanced math and financial analysis skills. </li></ul> <p>Why CBRE</p> <p>When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
