<p>Production Administrative Coordinator (Seasonal)</p> <p>LHH Mickleton, New Jersey, United States (On-site)</p> <p>Save</p> <p>Apply</p> <p>Production Administrative Coordinator (Seasonal)</p> <p>Location: Mickleton, NJ</p> <p>Schedule: 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts (includes one weekend day)</p> <p>Work Environment: Fully onsite (cold storage/refrigerated environment)</p> <p>Duration: Temporary (19 weeks)</p> <p>Compensation: $18-$20/hour</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations during peak season. This is a high-volume, seasonal role within a fast-paced warehouse and food production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing repetitive administrative tasks while working independently.</p> <p>This position operates in a cold storage setting, requiring employees to dress appropriately for low temperatures (e.g., jeans, sweaters, jackets, sneakers).</p> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li> <p>4 days per week, 12-hour shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule options include:</p> </li><li> <p>Sunday-Wednesday (half day Wednesday morning) OR</p> </li><li> <p>Wednesday (half day afternoon), Thursday-Saturday</p> </li><li> <p>Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility is required during peak production periods</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and track daily work orders to support production operations</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor production schedules and ensure quotas are met</p> </li><li> <p>Track and carry over incomplete work orders as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-check production data (pallet counts, output tags, material usage)</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate order updates with internal teams and customers</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with label staging and verification for production runs</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate production records and reporting documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Send detailed and repack reports as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with production teams on scheduling updates</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA/USDA, and food safety standards</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (including recent graduates)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working independently (may be the only admin onsite)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and reliable</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in a cold storage setting daily</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with WMS or inventory systems</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to warehouse, production, or food manufacturing environments</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
