<p>Associate Records & Information Analyst</p> <p>Akron Ohio 44333</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Associate Records & Information Analyst </li><li>Role will be responsible for review/analysis of Enbridge's natural gas distribution system for potential construction and maintenance scenarios. </li><li>Project documentation to be reviewed to confirm accurate and complete data entry and to verify the corresponding configuration of the physical facilities. </li><li>Works in GIS, Google Earth, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, Survey 123, municipal websites, and database applications which model utility distribution systems. </li><li>Will work in a collaborative team and as an individual to review and confirm service scenarios. </li><li>Perform other duties as requested or assigned. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Research and evaluate existing records in multiple software and records systems for completeness and accuracy, and input data into company record systems and databases as required. </li><li>Coordinate activities on Company projects utilizing engineering records, field book and mapping information, etc. </li><li>Create documentation to acquire required permits for distribution natural gas construction projects. </li><li>Create and organize the required documentation and assemble construction packets for contractors and field personnel. </li><li>Compile, track and communicate status of the above items on a location specific scale as requested. </li></ul> <p>What are the top (at least 3 if possible) "must have" skill sets (technical/functional) which are required?</p> <ul> <li>Good computer skills and proficiency working in various software applications. </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Problem solving ability </li></ul> <p>What are the top "nice to have" skill sets?</p> <ul> <li>SAP experience, GIS experience, utility knowledge </li></ul> <p>What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to work in team and as an individual, strong verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>What education and certifications/licensures are required?</p> <ul> <li>High School/GED. </li></ul> <p>Note:</p> <ul> <li>Length of assignment: 1 year </li><li>How many positions: 2 </li><li>What is the preferred candidate location (local, non-local, remote?) and is there flexibility?
