This position will lead the planning, development, and administration of essential initiatives including LIHEAP, 20% Utility Program, Burial Assistance, Refugee and Resettlement, Emergency Assistance, Tel-Assistance, and Link-Up, with additional involvement in SNAP, SNAP E&T, DSNAP, and SEBT.
