<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design telecom sites from conception to construction. </li><li>Create layouts and antenna mount designs. </li><li>Develop and review construction drawings and specifications. </li><li>Perform site inspections and condition assessments. </li><li>Prepare detailed reports based on site inspections. </li><li>Lead and train junior engineers and CAD designers. </li><li>Prepare sketches and perform drafting using AutoCAD. </li><li>Design clearances in AutoCAD for site layouts. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 4 years' experience, or 8 years of telecom design experience without a degree. </li><li>4 years experience within site layout design. </li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, specifically in designing clearances for new build site layouts. </li><li>Experience with new site development. </li><li>Knowledge of construction drawing standards. </li><li>Ability to perform visual and instrument-based site inspections. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hackettstown, NJ.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.70/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
