<p>Job#: 3034021</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>PURPOSE:</p> <p>The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator (remote) will support the day-to-day management and execution of website content across the client's property websites. This role is part of a collaborative team of digital content specialists and plays a key role in ensuring content accuracy, brand guidelines, and strong SEO performance.</p> <p>This individual will manage website content workflows, respond to incoming requests through a centralized ticketing system, and contribute to content optimization efforts. The role includes a balance of guided tasks and independent work within the content management system. The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator will report to the Manager, Digital Content.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery </li><li>Troubleshoot and respond to content-related questions and requests </li><li>Oversee day-to-day website content workflows and handle questions/requests through the central ticketing system </li><li>Support promotion placements across the client's digital platforms </li><li>Ensure adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects </li><li>Create strong content while maintaining SEO best practices </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to the client's core values </li></ul> <p>Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in a digital content management role required </li><li>2-4 years of experience preferred </li><li>Experience with customer service or a related role preferred </li></ul> <p>Other Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems (CMS) </li><li>Ability and desire to learn new systems and technologies </li><li>Familiarity with project management tools </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Interest in digital systems and content management best practices </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational metrics for content requests </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, advertising, marketing, or other related fields </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
