<p>MAJOR FUNCTION</p> <p>Responsible for auditing finished products, inspecting received materials, non-conforming materials, vendor corrective action, test instrument calibrations, customer returns, and investigation of customer complaints.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Performs tasks to guarantee the appropriate quality of products and systems. </li><li>The process involves conducting product audits, receipt inspections, vendor corrections, internal corrections, tester evaluation and qualification, test instrument calibration, and disposing of non-conformities. </li><li>Outline containment measures when a product is deemed non-conforming. </li><li>Aids production line staff in resolving quality-related issues with machines and parts by inspecting them to established engineering standards and taking appropriate action. </li><li>Accurately interprets the requirements and keeps required Quality Assurance records. </li><li>Perform audits of the product and process when required. </li><li>Physically and systematically move machines and parts. </li><li>Responsible for scrap control and non-conformity handling. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to write reports and procedure manuals. </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other departments and managers. </li><li>Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. </li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. </li><li>Monitoring of process </li><li>Good communication </li><li>GD&T Basics, Read and interpretation of technical information. </li><li>Sense of urgency </li><li>Measurement skills </li></ul> <p>COMPUTER SKILLS:</p> <p>Microsoft Office Programs</p> <p>CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</p> <p>Certified Internal Auditor, preferred</p> <p>Able to obtain forklift certification</p> <p>SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Standard drug-screen and physical</p> <p>Let's create a cleaner future together</p> <p>Cleaning has emerged as a key contributor to health and safety, sparked by technology and innovation.
