<p>Description</p> <p>Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Regional Regulatory Affairs contact / facilitator for the fertilizer businesses in North America. • Interfaces with regional Business Management, Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions to facilitate effective, efficient, and timely Regulatory Affairs advice, guidance, support, and education. • Interfaces with the global HERA Product Regulatory Managers for fertilizer products. • Responsible for all aspects of initiating and maintaining fertilizer registrations, and tonnage / millage reporting. • Actively participates and represents in industry and trade organizations. • Performs regulatory compliance assessments for raw materials, finished products and imports. • Classifies products for HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods and maintains substance and material classification data in SAP. • Reviews and approves finished regulatory and technical documents, safety data sheets and labeling. • Actively participates as an advisor in the new / revised product and import / export processes. • Maintains product regulatory data in SAP substance database. • Interfaces with colleagues in other regions and participates in global regulatory teams.</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Regulatory documents, Regulatory affairs, Regulatory, Regulatory submission</p> <p>Top Skills Details</p> <p>Regulatory documents,Regulatory affairs,Regulatory</p> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree in the subjects indicated above, or related areas of study. • Direct experience with implementing and managing regulatory compliance programs. • Direct, hands-on experience with fertilizing products state registrations, millage/tonnage reporting, and fertilizer labeling. • SAP Substance data management experience. • Experience with regulatory process design and improvement. • Experience with the production and use of fertilizers, adjuvants and soil amendments. </li></ul> <p>Experience Level</p> <p>Intermediate Level</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $41.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
