Tolin was originally established in 1948 in Denver, Colorado and including Denver also has 3 other offices in Colorado [Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Silverthorne], 2 offices in Arizona [Phoenix, Tucson] and an office in the Mid-Atlantic region. Tolin's annual sales exceed $120 million and Tolin has approximately 450 employees.</p> <p>Tolin is proud of the customer-centric team we have built over the years, made up of the most talented engineers, HVAC technicians, sales professionals, operations personnel and our highly qualified financial and administrative team. We provide centralized corporate services to all locations from our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO.</p> <p>General Description:</p> <p>We have an opening for a Corporate Service Intern. The Corporate Service Intern is responsible for assisting in customer service, logistics, and project coordination.</p> <p>Responsibilities for Corporate Service Intern include:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Logistics: Work a couple of days a week to help deliver parts and materials to service and project technicians. Collaborate with the VDC to help restructure the layout of the warehouse to ensure a good working flow and efficient utilization of the warehouse space. </li><li>Customer Service: Assist with ancillary tasks during the busy summer season. Help write up quoted work orders and approve purchase orders. </li><li>Project Coordination: Assist with procuring parts and scheduling logistics to support project coordination efforts. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>Average Starting Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr.
