<p>Position: Sr. Manager IT - Supply Chain Business Systems</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications. • Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration. • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements. • Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departments. • Evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate. • Understands the business implications of technical solutions and assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs. • Instructs end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system. • Monitors and maintains applications and restores services for end users. • Analyzes application problems and coordinates workable solutions. • Participates in system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying. • Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance • Leads new system selection processes including requirement gathering, RFP development, and software vendor selection • Manages service providers/vendors supporting business systems.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Master's degree in computer science, computer applications, or a related, or foreign equivalent</p> <p>Two (2) years of experience in job offered, or as a Staff Oracle Fusion Analyst, Staff Functional Engineer - Supply Chain Management, or a related occupation</p> <p>Experience/skills/knowledge must include the following -</p> <ul> <li>Working with Oracle Cloud ERP in Supply chain modules </li><li>Working with B2B, Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud (BICC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Collaboration Messaging Framework </li><li>IT management experience managing systems supporting ERP, Supply Chain </li><li>Planning, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System </li></ul> <p>Job site: Lake Forest, California.</p> <p>Salary range - $165,000 - $220,000/per year</p> <p>STAAR Surgical is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p>
