<p>Text "2520" to (309) 322-9911 to apply.</p> <p>Wage Range: Min: $75,867, Mid: $97,443, Max: $119,019</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>Responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commerce and Industry (C&I) loan portfolios in a banking environment. Assists lending officers in researching, analyzing preparing internal opportunity memos for Senior Management review. Participates in determining the best loan structures to meet customer credit and Bank needs. Familiar with a variety of credit and lending concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Portfolio Manager I generally work with 3+ commercial lenders with $100 million or more in average outstanding balances. One or more years' experience as a credit analyst.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Gather and analyze financial statements; complete financial statement spreads. </li><li>Request credit information directly from businesses, real estate entities and sponsors; assist in incorporating findings into opportunity memos and credit write-ups on larger, complex requests, in collaboration with loan officers and the Credit Department. </li><li>Complete financial analysis on credits up to $500,000 with minimal direction. </li><li>Assist loan officers with ongoing portfolio management, including maturing loans, annual reviews, pending work items, calculating/tracking lending covenants, and receipt of borrowing base certificates. </li><li>Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in calling efforts with lending officers. </li><li>Assist lenders in identifying areas of concern in credit opportunities under review. </li><li>Assist with other related projects upon request. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree Accounting or Finance and minimum 1 year Credit/Portfolio Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>Heartland Bank and Trust Company is headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois.
