<p>You belong at Day & Ross.</p> <p>Driver Recruiter</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Southeast Region or Northeast Region (Remote)</p> <p>Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries.</p> <p>How You'll Help</p> <ul> <li>Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide </li><li>Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers. </li><li>Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and become the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs. </li><li>Ask probing questions to either eliminate or move forward with candidate </li><li>Summarize key benefits and value propositions </li><li>Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from 3rd party records. (MVR, Background Information, etc.) </li><li>Attend hiring events and work at offsite locations for special projects/events or start-ups. </li><li>Work closely and communicate with related departments. </li><li>Performs other duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>Your Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Products proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). </li><li>Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred. </li><li>Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices. </li><li>Up to 25 percent travel may be required within North America. </li></ul> <p>To apply, visit our Careers page at dayross.com.</p> <p>If you're chosen for the role, you'll be asked to provide reference and criminal background checks before employment.
