<p>General Summary: This position manages the flow of product between vendors and factories and manages inventory levels.</p> <p>Major Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise writing of buys and sourcing to various countries. </li><li>Oversees and monitors delivery of all orders placed in various countries. </li><li>Participates in production decisions concerning new products, determines product cost and resource needs. </li><li>Responsible for purchasing and managing inventory. </li><li>Monitor the flow of goods to ensure punctual delivery and cost effectiveness. </li><li>Monitor costs, calculate margins and monitor inventory levels. </li><li>Create production schedules. </li><li>Coordinate the flow of information to sales force and customer service. </li><li>Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues and coordinate shipments with agents and warehouses. </li><li>Manage selling of closed out items. </li><li>Special projects as needed. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Specific Job Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Good time management skills </li><li>Solves problems for self. Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing. </li><li>Job duties tend to be recurring, but occasionally requires attention to and/or coordination's of concurrent job duties. </li></ul> <p>Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. </li><li>5+ years' experience required. </li></ul> <p>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
