Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.</p> <p>As a Product Manager in the Machine Learning and Optimization team within Chase Digital, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You are a NLP/ML expert with knowledge of deep learning and traditional NLP approaches, sound experimentation and have built state-of-the-art scalable systems.</p> <p>Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops a ML/AI product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers </li><li>Leads AI/ML/NLP projects from concept to delivery, by bringing together ML engineers, software developers, data scientists and designers </li><li>Leads AI innovation by incorporating the latest advances in Gen AI, agentic systems, LLMs, Deep learning and NLP into the conversational AI product </li><li>Creates and tracks conversational AI metrics in close collaboration with data science teams </li><li>Collaborates closely with computational linguists and data annotation teams to create and validate high quality conversational data for training and evaluating ML system </li><li>Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap </li><li>Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development </li><li>Executes on the product roadmap by creating epics on Jira, leading agile scrum teams, following agile methodology maintaining clean agility metrics </li><li>Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability and communicates the same to key stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>MS/PhD in Computer Science or relevant field, or MBA </li><li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area </li><li>Expert-level NLP and Machine learning experience, specifically in deep learning, LLMs, agentic systems and machine learning </li><li>Experience in building large-scale AI systems </li><li>Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results to stakeholders </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics </li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management </li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Publications in AI/ML/NLP conferences and/or patents </li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies, and leading agile scrum teams </li><li>Jira experience including epic creation, sprint planning, and other sprint ceremonies </li><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization </li><li>Experience with system design, scaling and deployment </li><li>Familiarity with responsible AI </li><li>Familiarity with Python, Java, Pytorch, LLM prompting, Agentic systems </li></ul>
