The listed pay band is reflective of the city associated with this opening: Boston</p> <p>The Gist</p> <p>Drive performance of Lagunitas Brewing Company through the distributor network for assigned Market.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Drive the annual & monthly business planning process; communicate regularly with key stakeholders within distributor network </li><li>Lead the Market Premise Strategy </li><li>Provide direction, coaching and feedback if assigned a Field Sales Manager </li><li>Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through incentive management, KPI tracking and review with network </li><li>Lead financial management including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses </li><li>Manage targeted account / customer management responsibility </li><li>Drive and coach Lagunitas colleagues, across sales and other functions to ensure alignment / gain support of local efforts </li><li>Strategic - Setting agenda, strategy, and driving execution to own business results </li><li>Embed Best of Show Execution within distributor network </li></ul> <p>What We're Lookin' For</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university desired. </li><li>People Leadership experience desired </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience </li><li>Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment </li><li>Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, market knowledge </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Passion for winning/Drive for Success </li><li>Strategic Business Planning </li><li>Sales Excellence: Understanding Distributor Dynamics, Selling & Negotiation Skills, Sales Performance Management </li><li>Effective Sales Meetings </li><li>Sales Team Leadership (if applicable) </li></ul> <p>Key Relationships</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the regional director </li><li>Manages field sales managers in the region </li><li>Will have frequent contact with distributor sales representatives. </li></ul> <p>Physical Stuff</p> <ul> <li>Extensive travel: 25 to 50% of time "on the road" (driving and flying) </li><li>Unusual / extensive hours: May be required to work long or unpredictable hours. Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours. Must be available nights and weekends </li><li>Physical: Required to lift 35 lb. Cases, and 165 lb. kegs and various point-of-sales boxes on a periodic basis.
