<p>About Company:</p> <p>New Haven Youth & Family Services is a nonprofit organization seeking dedicated individuals to support our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) programs. This role provides community-based, in-home behavioral services to at-risk youth and their families.</p> <p>Serve clients throughout Temecula, Hemet, Lake Elsinore - Mileage Reimbursement</p> <p>This is an excellent part-time for MFT and MSW interns seeking clinical hours, as well as professionals with therapeutic backgrounds who have flexible availability.</p> <p>Gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families.</p> <p>Full-time positions with benefits are also available.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide individualized behavioral interventions in home and community settings </li><li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to support youth success </li><li>Address behaviors that impact family / prevent hospitalization </li><li>Available to work early afternoons and early evenings - service hours: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM </li><li>Attend team meetings Fridays in Temecula Friday: 12:00 to 2:00 PM </li><li>Write agency required documentation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in a related field is required. Masters Degree is a plus. </li><li>One year of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral challenges (preferred, but not required) </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to adhere to agency documentation and attendance standards </li><li>Ability to counsel children and their families </li><li>Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation </li><li>Clear criminal background check </li><li>Willingness to travel to clients' homes </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic documentation systems </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required </li></ul> <p>New Haven Youth and Family Services is an EOE F/M/Disabled/Vet</p>
