This position will reconcile receiving paperwork before submitting it to the front office for data entry.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Check-in Drivers with a high level of accuracy </li><li>Review invoices for returns and accurate coding </li><li>Create return sales order into SAP software system </li><li>Restock customer returned product </li><li>Perform Bin to Bin movement physically and in the system using RF </li><li>Assist at customer pick up dock as needed </li><li>Create driver manifest </li><li>Create billing documents </li><li>Responsible for inbound scheduling; create appointments </li><li>Participate in inventory count as needed </li><li>Attend monthly safety meeting </li><li>Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace </li><li>Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs and other safety issues are reported promptly </li><li>Able to perform tasks with other systems (Bev Scan/ Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast) </li><li>Take online safety courses and other classes as needed </li><li>Assist employees with scanner issues/questions </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Additional Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1 year of experience </li><li>Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine </li><li>Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping </li><li>May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs </li></ul> <p>This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
