<p>Director of Nursing</p> <p>At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing for our Bloomfield Hills community.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home programs and activities. </li><li>Assists with developing the organizational structure for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home. </li><li>Works harmoniously with department managers concerning level of care transitions and general communication as well as all other interactions that promote an efficient and effective overall community operation. </li><li>Assists with the budget process including forecasting expenses and implementing cost control measures for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. </li><li>Bachelors' degree from an accredited college/university in health care/business administration or related field preferred. </li><li>Previous management experience in a Long-term care or Assisted Living community. </li><li>Must meet state requirements for and be licensed as a health-care center administrator or in the process of obtaining this license. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Paid Time Off, Earned Sick Time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) Retirement Savings plan, etc.</p> <p>LPN123</p>
