<p>Job Title: MILITARY RECRUITMENT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)</p> <p>Grade: io13</p> <p>Classification: Exempt</p> <p>EEO Category: Professional</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Military Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME) will work hand-in-hand with recruiting efforts of the United States Navy Contact Center. The SME will be responsible for successfully locating suitable candidates for a variety of Navy specialty rates in various online platforms.?They will validate prospect needs to ensure alignment with program initiatives and advance introductions to prospective subject leaders.</p> <p>Responsibilities > Military Recruitment Subject Matter Expert</p> <ul> <li>Interact with individuals to answer any questions they may have about the United States Navy Specialty Programs </li><li>Actively search through established databases and platforms for suitable candidates for Navy specialties </li><li>Conduct basic pre-qualification interviews for those interested in joining the United States Navy </li><li>Receive and make outbound phone calls with the intent of converting general inquires into qualified leads interested in enlistment into the Navy specialty programs </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and relevant answers to callers ensuring they are in accordance with United States Navy enlistment standards </li><li>Reference, rely upon and stay within the boundaries of established scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and User Guides </li><li>Advise inquiries on enlistment eligibility according to US Navy enlistment criteria </li><li>Provide callers with the appropriate information and contact information of various US Navy Support elements </li><li>Work well under immediate supervision and follow processes and protocol as outlined </li><li>Promptly complete all projects and administrative tasks as assigned </li><li>Reference, rely upon and stay within the boundaries of established scripts </li><li>Communicate effectively via telephone and maintain the flow of information while keeping supervisors informed of any issues that may occur </li><li>Accomplish other duties as assigned by management </li><li>Work effectively with other team members to maintain positive morale and a sense of teamwork </li><li>Complete and submit daily time reports </li><li>Represent iostudio in a professional manner with all client leadership, vendors and staff </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in prior United States Navy Recruiting service required </li><li>Must be able to work proficiently in Mac OSX and Microsoft software </li><li>Strong technical aptitude </li><li>Must be results-oriented </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds </li><li>Position is under government contract </li><li>Ability to qualify for a government security clearance - as required by government contract </li><li>Citizen of the United States of America - as required by government contract </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER</p> <p>*</p>
