<p>Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ plant to work day,nights operations on an asphalt plant in our East Region. This role is responsible for operations of the asphalt plant.</p> <p>Day to Day</p> <ul> <li>Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition </li><li>Day to day operations of manufacturing asphalt </li><li>Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations. </li><li>Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance </li><li>Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators </li><li>Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance</p> <ul> <li>Positive, Team-based attitude </li><li>The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. </li><li>The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) </li><li>Basic computer, working with hands, welding </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$26.52 - $28.18</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Arcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
