<p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Per Mar Security is looking for qualified candidates for gate Security Officers in a home improvement store setting. The best candidates will be comfortable working independently. You are detail oriented and will have basic technology skills including the ability to operate a tablet.</p> <p>M-F: $18.50/HR</p> <p>SAT-SUN: $19.50/HR</p> <ul> <li>Attend gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of the back lot of the facility </li><li>Check accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility </li><li>Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and make note of existing items within vehicles </li><li>Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules </li><li>Twice per shift, walk the yard and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts </li><li>Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts </li><li>Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>Valid driver's license and a good driving record. </li><li>Technical training or college education in the related field (preferred) </li><li>Previous experience as a security officer (preferred </li><li>Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability. </li></ul> <p>#SXCY</p> <p>Additional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K/403b PlanScreening Requirements: Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check</p>
