<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Team Leader - Combustion Spray Pyrolysis</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req25028 2nd shift rotating weekly (02:00pm - 10:30pm), Monday - Friday; Tuesday - Saturday</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>You will lead the Combustion Spray Pyrolysis (CSP) department to meet department and business goals for Safety, Production and Quality </li><li>Further you will work alongside other CSP production team members to help execute daily tasks by leading, coaching, training, and mentoring others </li><li>Your expertise in both business and process knowledge will be relied on heavily for team success </li><li>Also, you will serve as a liaison between your production department and support functions such as engineering, safety, quality, and maintenance teams </li><li>You will assist management with tasks such as production scheduling, time clock and vacation management, as well as production quality and safety related issues </li><li>You will present status updates, timelines, and discuss open or resolved issues daily with your manager and team </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>You will have 2-3 years' experience related to Powder Manufacturing OR 5+ years in a manufacturing supervisor or related position </li><li>You will be expected and willing to work on off-shifts based on business needs as necessary on a periodic basis </li><li>You should be familiar and proficient with the Oracle suite (WIP, miscellaneous charge outs, inventory, etc.) </li><li>A strong process knowledge of department SOP's, JSA's, PMI's and the ability to update and change these documents as needed </li><li>You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Experience with training and/or leading others is preferred </li><li>Required to work a rotating schedule Monday - Friday; Tuesday - Saturday </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
