They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:</p> <ul> <li>Enthusiastically greet the service customers upon arrival. </li><li>Effectively document service concerns. </li><li>Ability to initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests. </li><li>Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns. </li><li>Communicate with customers throughout the service process. </li><li>Must meet and exceed service goals set by management. </li><li>Exceed the customer's expectations as to the overall experience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Service Advisor:</p> <ul> <li>Previous auto service or sales experience. </li><li>Must be proficient in English. </li><li>Professional personal appearance. </li><li>Ability to work comfortably with the public. </li><li>Good verbal communication skills. </li><li>Clean driving record. </li><li>Valid state of residence driver's license. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. </li></ul>
