Your main responsibilities will include preparing product for Gordon Food Service Stores while maintaining food safety, sanitation, food quality, and productivity.</p> <p>Essential Functions of the job:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Properly use, clean and maintain equipment to prepare and package product for sale, i.e. juice, sliced deli meat, produce, chicken, sandwiches, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately receive products, ensuring proper rotation and product quality, freezer, cooler and backroom organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Model excellent work ethic, display a sense of urgency and a positive attitude for peers.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain facility through general maintenance and cleaning activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Abide by sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of production areas.
