<p>Quality Laboratory Technician II</p> <p>Day Shift Hours | Offer Benefits | Medical Device Company</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Laboratory Technician II to join our high-performance cross-functional team. This role involves performing routine medical device particulate testing to ensure the highest quality results for our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent documentation practices, and pays exceptional attention to detail.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine testing assignments requiring basic interpretation of established procedures. </li><li>Gather and record data, analyze results, and verify and report test results. </li><li>Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects. </li><li>Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests. </li><li>Assist in developing and qualifying data sheets, equipment/fixtures, visual standards, and test methods. </li><li>Initiate, investigate, and assist in generation and completion of investigations and DDAs. </li><li>Assist engineers in failure analysis and CAPA activities, including assignment as a CAPA project member. </li><li>Support process and product qualification activities. </li><li>Serve support roles during external audits as a document retriever or auditee. </li><li>Perform special quality initiatives with guidance. </li><li>Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all documented quality processes and procedures. </li><li>Employ basic analytical lab skills such as reading a meniscus, pipetting, using a balance, and using a stir plate. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline and 1 year of related experience. </li><li>Prior experience in a lab environment, including analytical laboratory skills such as weighing, pipetting, and scientific methods. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous GMP Experience is highly preferred. </li><li>Experience in the medical device industry, preferably testing medical devices. </li><li>Background in Chemistry or Biology. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
