We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! </li></ul> <p>The Opportunity</p> <ul> <li>As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies that directly impact our enterprise Digital Media quote to contract operations. </li></ul> <p>What you'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers </li><li>Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers </li><li>Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to client's Enterprise offerings </li><li>Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support </li><li>Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. </li><li>Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance. </li><li>Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team. </li><li>Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates. </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed</p> <ul> <li>Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators </li><li>Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision. </li><li>3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics </li><li>Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. </li><li>Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years) </li></ul> <p>About:</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
