We're seeking thinkers, builders, and operators who want to help deliver the future of automation.</p> <p>Full Stack Software Engineer (XR Applications)</p> <p>As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Tutor Intelligence, you'll design, build, and deploy user interfaces and systems which push the frontier of what robots are capable of. As a contributor to our XR applications, you will write performant, GPU-enabled frontend interfaces for observing a robot's surroundings in real-time. You will also write scalable cloud infrastructure to command and orchestrate fleets of robots.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Design and implement control interfaces for real-world robotics systems</p> <p>Own projects end-to-end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment</p> <p>Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions</p> <p>Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments</p> <p>Debug complex systems-level issues across hardware and software</p> <p>Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Strong foundations in Python and React</p> <p>Experience operating in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments</p> <p>Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams</p> <p>Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work</p> <p>Genuine interest in robotics, AI, and solving hard real-world problems</p> <p>Nice to Haves</p> <p>Experience in computer graphics, realtime rendering, or XR applications</p> <p>Experience in robotics</p> <p>Prior startup experience, especially at early or growth-stage companies</p> <p>Interest in technical leadership, mentorship, or project ownership</p> <p>Culture</p> <p>We believe great work happens when talented people collaborate with low ego and high trust.
