A seasoned retailer and an inspiring people leader, you know what it takes to create a world-class customer experience, bringing the Rapha brand to life in Boulder.</p> <p>With energy and a strong desire to engage in the local cycling community, ride with customers, and build relationships, you will help grow Rapha's presence and create a store environment that flourishes. Your community-led mindset, knowledge of Boulder's cycling networks, and unbeatable relationship-building skills will help establish strong connections with local riders, clubs, and partners while driving commercial success.
