<p>The purpose of this class is to provide support to meet the technical video-related needs of the Communication Arts Studio, Digital Media Production and Mass Communication faculty and program.</p> <p>Associate's degree in mass communication, digital media or other related field and a. minimum of two years of experience with Studio, Audio, Production, Video Production, Filmmaking and/or other related experience is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. </p> <p>This position is based on the Essex and Catonsville campuses</p> <ul> <li>Support the technical and video related needs of Digital Media Production and Mass Communication classes, instructors, the Communication Arts department and SOAC. </li><li>Assist faculty with videotaping, transferring materials, uploading videos and editing. </li><li>Follow security procedures related to the Communication Arts Studio classroom, studio area, control room, audio room, edit stations and equipment cage. </li><li>Maintain inventory and organize equipment and materials in the Communication Arts Studio classroom, studio area, control room, audio room, edit stations, and equipment cage. </li><li>Responsible for ongoing control and adherence to studio policy, edit station policy and equipment check-in and check-out procedures. </li><li>Required availability includes specific daytime and evening hours; schedule flexibility is limited due to student support needs.
