Develop and provide systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provides the expert support in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provides required documentation. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. For Delivery, acts as a technology expert to: Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements. Implement the solutions. Provide technical documentation. For Operation, acts as a cross functional technology expert to: Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the definition of technical</p> <p>standards and frameworks.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study and six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field of study and four years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve four years in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Architect, Build, Test, Maintain and Operate the SAP systems;</p> </li><li> <p>Resolving customer-critical situations during Go-Live Evaluate our clients' SAP solution implementation projects to minimize potential risks;</p> </li><li> <p>Delivering, assessing, and optimizing activities for our internally developed applications, and acts as an onsite or remote team member for our Premium Engagement Customers;</p> </li><li> <p>Performing Root Cause analysis and defining action items for production and repetitive outages;</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluating current SAP architecture, identify weaknesses, and acting on improvement opportunities;</p> </li><li> <p>Driving strategic SAP direction through determination of short- and long-term IT investment needs;</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitating evaluation and selection of software product standards;</p> </li><li> <p>Advising customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations, including IT critical situations throughout their lifecycle;</p> </li><li> <p>Technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions; and</p> </li><li> <p>Optimizing of clients' business processes and solution operation to improve customer system availability and stability</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications: CERTIFICATIONS IN SAP HANA AND HYPERSCALER (AZURE, AWS, OR GCP).</p> <p>Travel: Position does require up to 20% domestic travel to unanticipated customer sites nationwide to review customer technical landscape, new technical requirements, and any technical challenges.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
