With seven stocking branch locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, we are a fast-growing company representing premier manufacturers in the industry.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Hose & Fitting Sales Specialist to drive growth across Chester, Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York Counties. This role offers the opportunity to develop new business while expanding existing accounts in a dynamic and growing market.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop new business and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets. </li><li>Call on accounts in construction, aggregate, food, pharmaceutical, mechanical contractors, OEM, and general industry. </li><li>Provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and exceptional service to customers. </li><li>Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial markets. </li><li>Proven track record of territory growth and new account development. </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial applications. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. </li><li>Experience in hydraulic hose and fittings strongly preferred. </li><li>Clean driving record required. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + commission structure </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>?
