Some experience working with disruptive behavior (especially with children).</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>Behavior managers will frequently be involved in restraining students in accordance with Board policy and must be physically able to handle this type of volatile situation.</p> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Hourly rate and benefits in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between the East Hartford Public Schools and Local 1950 of Council 4 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.</p>
