<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>Stryker is seeking to hire a Senior Engineer, Manufacturing/Operations to support the manufacturing of Neurovascular products in Salt Lake City, Utah.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define & implement specific solutions to technical problems, completing the tasks associated with such projects and writing reports that clearly document the results</p> </li><li> <p>Validation work including writing and executing validations</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve in-house and supplier quality problems using established problem-solving methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process for existing and new products</p> </li><li> <p>Review & approve inspection plans, routers and product drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate quality remediation, gap closure through partnership with cell Quality Engineers</p> </li><li> <p>Support initiating and closure of non-conformance and corrective and action preventative actions</p> </li><li> <p>Support projects, bringing in capital equipment for new manufacturing lines and upgrades to existing lines</p> </li><li> <p>Work cross functionally with teams for projects and initiatives including lean manufacturing, added capacity and new product launches</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support for quality control, process improvement, cost savings, process development projects, new product launches, equipment qualifications, and process validations</p> </li><li> <p>Operate within Stryker's quality system to produce documentation such as, inspection plans, equipment maintenance logs and standard operating procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Support continuous improvement efforts by performing time studies, value stream analysis, flow analysis and other lean related tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Make proposals/recommendations in support of the team to help achieve team goals in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale</p> </li><li> <p>Periodically work with vendors</p> </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering required</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment required</p> </li><li> <p>Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Previous manufacturing Co-Op experience- preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in regulated manufacturing environment- preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 10%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
