<p>Job Details:</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that can affect asset reliability, reducing the costs associated with asset downtime, and continuously developing life cycle asset management plans. This critical and dynamic position requires constant collaboration with other professionals and a deep understanding of engineering principles and specific systems used within the organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct failure mode and effects analysis </li><li>Perform predictive analysis </li><li>Plan performance evaluation assessments </li><li>Conduct root cause analysis </li><li>Develop proactive maintenance procedures </li><li>Review newly installed plant and equipment </li><li>Create and monitor life cycle asset management plans </li><li>Assist in design and development planning for custom assets </li><li>Provide technical support </li><li>Monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) </li><li>Analyze data to identify patterns and potential problems or opportunities for improvement </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of 5 years in a reliability program role </li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills </li><li>Technical aptitude with a strong understanding of systems, equipment, and processes </li><li>Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively </li><li>Proficient in project management, including planning, scheduling, and organizing </li><li>Data management skills, including the use of statistical analysis tools and the ability to interpret results </li><li>Continuous improvement mindset </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Safety-conscious with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is a heavy industrial setting that employs approximately 2,000 people with diverse skills and educational backgrounds.
