<p>About the role</p> <p>As a QA Automation Engineer with AI, you will make an impact by leading quality assurance efforts for AI-powered solutions, applying strong automation skills and rigorous testing practices to validate intelligent agent behavior. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, product owners, and offshore partners to ensure accuracy, reliability, and high-quality user experiences in AI-driven platforms.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, execute, and analyze automated tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. </li><li>Testing activities within Agile/Scrum teams. </li><li>Validate AI agent outputs, including topic and action accuracy, and iterate based on real-world interaction patterns. </li><li>Test APIs, integrations, and complex system workflows. </li><li>Generate prompts and leverage Test Center for automated prompt execution. </li><li>Apply strong testing methodologies to ensure robust test coverage. </li><li>Collaborate with teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model. </li></ul> <p>Work model: Hybrid</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Hartford, CT.</p> <p>Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.</p> <p>The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on project or business requirements.</p> <p>What you need to have to be considered:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in software QA. </li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. </li><li>Experience testing APIs and data integrations. </li><li>Experience in test automation design and execution. </li><li>Understanding of AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of AI testing. </li><li>Ability to validate and test topic/action accuracy, refine results, and ensure realistic user interaction data. </li><li>Experience with prompt generation and leveraging Test Center for prompt execution. </li><li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies. </li><li>Strong understanding of Agile principles; experience in SAFe Agile environments. </li><li>Experience working in an onshore/offshore model. </li><li>Experience with Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, or similar test management tools. </li></ul> <p>These will help you stand out</p> <ul> <li>Experience testing customer support or contact center systems. </li><li>Healthcare industry experience. </li></ul> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between $53,477- $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
