<p>JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator</p> <p>PREPARED BY: Chris Koenig</p> <p>SALARY: Non-Exempt</p> <p>JOB LOCATION: Arhaus Upholstery - Conover, NC</p> <p>WEEKLY HOURS: Monday - Friday > 40 Hours per week Overtime as needed</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Administration</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Director of Administration</p> <p>POSITION DETAILS</p> <p>JOB PURPOSE</p> <p>The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking project progress, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation for special projects, as well as performing the day-to-day tasks necessary to ensure project goals are achieved.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Determine material requirements and, when necessary, purchase required materials from approved suppliers. </li><li>Maintain accurate expected arrival dates for materials and communicate updates to Production and Arhaus team partners. </li><li>Communicate expected Order Ship Dates to support production scheduling. </li><li>Track order progress throughout production and provide weekly updates to team members. </li><li>Attend weekly meetings with corporate team members to review planning and scheduling timelines. </li><li>Maintain product documentation to support production needs. </li><li>Collaborate closely with department supervisors, managers, and corporate partners to identify and resolve issues. </li><li>Conduct monthly or quarterly reviews of fabric, leather, and frame sales rates and adjust minimum stock quantities as needed. </li><li>Assist with the Annual Inventory process. </li><li>Partner with vendors to resolve quality concerns and manage returns. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. </li><li>Regular and predictable performance of job duties </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Heated and cooled typical office environment.</p> <p>SUPERVISION RECEIVED</p> <p>Minimum</p> <p>SUPERVISION EXERCISED</p> <p>High</p> <p>DIRECT REPORTS</p> <p>None</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of (5) years of purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Minimum of (5) years of experience managing complex projects. </li><li>Prior experience with importing goods from overseas suppliers is required. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Previous experience in Furniture Manufacturing is preferred.</p> <p>MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years related experience.</p> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS</p> <p>PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills, including speaking, presenting, writing, and active listening. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to influence, motivate, and guide a team. </li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Sound judgment and effective decision-making capabilities. </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Skilled in performing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting issues. </li><li>Quality-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. </li><li>Ability to meet established goals and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail. </li><li>Team oriented with a positive, professional attitude. </li><li>Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain consistent work performance. </li><li>Must have reliable transportation. </li><li>Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. </li><li>Able to work weekends and overtime as needed. </li><li>Available after working hours for phone calls, meetings, and emergency-related situations. </li><li>Able to carry out responsibilities assigned under the Emergency Preparedness Plan. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer technology. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Strong English language skills, including: </li><li>Reading </li><li>Comprehension </li><li>Speaking </li><li>Writing </li><li>Overall communication </li></ul> <p>Must be able to wear required PPE of Safety Glasses and close-toe/close-heel shoes when required.</p> <p>Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.</p> <p>REVIEWED BY: NAME & TITLE</p> <p>Jennifer Shook, Director of Administration</p> <p>Chris Koenig, HR Manager</p> <p>DATE APPROVED</p> <p>3/3/2026</p> <p>DATE REVIEWED</p> <p>3/3/2026</p> <p>Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind, Arhaus is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
