Our solutions are deployed in production flows across broad industry segments such as leading display companies, automotive OEM suppliers, and top Memory, 5G, and IoT (internet of things) providers.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a skilled and proactive Director of Accounting to support the Corporate Controller in overseeing the company's accounting operations. In this role, you will be a key partner in managing the accounting team, improving the close and reporting processes, addressing technical accounting matters, and driving post-acquisition integration efforts. You'll play a hands-on role in both execution and leadership, helping to scale our accounting function in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with the Corporate Controller to lead and support the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement best practices to streamline the close and reporting processes</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare, review, and support technical accounting memos and ensure compliance with US GAAP</p> </li><li> <p>Support M&A activities, including purchase accounting, integration of acquired companies, and alignment of accounting policies and processes</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with FP&A, tax, legal, and other departments to support business initiatives and financial reporting needs</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in managing the external audit process and maintaining strong relationships with auditors</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor and help develop accounting team members, fostering growth and performance</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>CPA required</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a combination of public accounting (Big 4 or large firm) and corporate accounting leadership roles</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical accounting expertise and solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with M&A post-close integration and purchase accounting</p> </li><li> <p>SEC experience</p> </li></ul> <p>PREFFERED EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven ability to drive process improvements and work effectively in a collaborative leadership role</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Sage Intacct and Netsuite is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,150 - $201,759. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
