<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Set-up and operate pick and place traying robots. Place parts on trays to load into sintering furnaces and ovens.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload of sintering furnaces </li><li>Testing of stainless steel product for physical properties such as carbon and density </li><li>Visual and microscope inspection of stainless steel product </li><li>Use a tweezer or other small hand tool for sorting and reworking of small parts </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2 years' experience in direct manufacturing </li><li>Experience with furnaces or automation a plus </li><li>Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds </li><li>Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company matching and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
